Presales, Exchanges & Returns

Presale and Pre-order items

  • We will do our best to ship pre-order and presale items in accordance with their expected ship date. If this changes, we will let you know.
  • You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure correct delivery of any pre-ordered items.
    Please email us at aloha@popokipajamas.com if you need to update your shipping information.
  • You will be charged at time of placing a pre-order. If we are unable to commence shipping by the date provided, we will issue a full-refund at your request.
  • No discounts, refunds or credits on presale and pre-order items. The order quantities are locked in and cannot be changed. 

What items are eligible for return?

  • Within 14 days of delivery date
  • In original condition
  • Tags Attached, unwashed and unworn

What items are ineligible for return and non-refundable?

  • Pet Bandanas: including cat bandana, dog bandana in all colors, prints and sizes
  • Final Sale Items -This includes any item purchased at a discount of 50%+ off retail price.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a refund within 30 calendar days of receipt.

We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns or exchanges. 

If you received a gift and would like to exchange it, it will be processed in the form of store credit. All gifts may be exchanged and are non-refundable. You will need a valid website order number in order to proceed with a gift return. 

Are there any charges for return?

  • We do not charge a restocking fee
  • A return shipping label and instructions will be provided when your return is approved. We provide you with a return label for $10. It will be deducted from your total refund amount. 
  • Packages that are sent back for insufficient address, refused package, could not deliver, mailbox full, or any reason beyond our control are subject to an $10 fee, which will be deducted from your original purchase upon issuing a refund. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout, as we cannot change information once the order is being processed.
  • Packages sent back without using our provided shipping label will delay your return process 5+ days. We are not responsible for customers who send back items out of our policies stated above and choose to return by personal couriers and shipping labels. If your package is not delivered, or states delivered but our warehouse has not received it, we reserve the right to decline your refund and return.  

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items within 5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment(s).
  • Refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method(s) of payment within 10 business days.

International Returns

For International, returns please contact aloha@popokipajamas.com to initiate your return. International customers will be required to mail their returns back to the address listed below using their own form of postage.

 Shipping Policy

 Our current processing time is 2-3 days. These are estimates only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal system as well as any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for having a secure mailbox, at the address entered at checkout. We are unable to honor cancellation requests after your order is placed. 

 International Shipping:

We are currently shipping to the US, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, Australia, the United Kingdom and France. International orders are shipped via USPS and will be forwarded to your country's post office.  International packages take 2-4 weeks to arrive on average. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Popoki Pajamas is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 Address Changes:

We do our best to accommodate address changes after an order is placed. You can contact us with address change requests at aloha@popokipajamas.com.  We are unable to guarantee address change requests.  If your order has already started the shipment process within our facility, address changes cannot be honored.  Orders placed with Express mail are not allowed address changes, as these are prepared for shipment quickly in our facility.
