Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $25 USD. Free shipping on all orders over $99 USD to Canada  

 Order Cancellations or Change Requests

We aim to ship within 2 business days. Orders are sent to our warehouse in real time and are unable to be changed once they are placed. 

Pre-sales and Pre-orders

  • We will do our best to ship pre-order and presale items in accordance with their expected ship date. If this changes, we will let you know.
  • You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure correct delivery of any pre-ordered items.
    Please email us at aloha@popokipajamas.com if you need to update your shipping information.
  • You will be charged at time of placing a pre-order. If we are unable to commence shipping by the date provided, we will issue a full-refund at your request.
  • No discounts, refunds or credits on presale and pre-order items. The order quantities are locked in and cannot be changed. 

International Shipping

We ship to the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii as well as Canada, Mexico, Australia and the United Kingdom. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred. 

New Prints & Restocks

We hope to release new prints every 4 weeks and restock best sellers periodically. Since our new arrivals do sell out quickly, we recommend signing up for our mailing list, and joining our online VIP Group for discount codes, sneak peeks and early access!

Our pajamas are sewn by hand and our custom-milled bamboo fabric has some stretch. It is quite normal for there to be a small sewing variance from item to item. While we aim to keep our sizing as consistent as possible, there will always be slight fluctuations within a small range because of this.

We will do our best to ensure our colors and sizing remains consistent. Our fabric is custom printed and dyed, therefore it may have a slight variation between dye lots. Print and pattern placement may also vary between pieces.
